The GAI 1012 Bottle rinser is an ideal solution for entry level small production bottling plants where bottle rinsing is a necessity.
The GAI 1012 can be placed directly in front of a filling machine, ensuring that clean and rinsed bottles are used.
Can be used for wine, beer, sparkling wine, juice, etc.
The Series 600 is the basic semi-automatic filling system by GAI.
On one common base there is the rotary filler (manual insertion and removal of bottles) and a corker. The corker is the same as found on automatic machines, supplied with a high vacuum pump to ensure the best insertion of corks.
Available in 2 versions with maximum speeds of 900 or 1200 BPH respectively
ENOLMASTER VACUUM FILLER BY TENCO
PROFESSIONAL ENOLMASTER operates through the same principle as the Enolmatic single head vacuum filler. However, for its size and stainless steel frame, it is the ideal equipment for the smaller edible oil producers, cellars, wine-producers and distilleries.
RELIABLE Through vacuum operated filling, the product is bottled in the most natural way, without compromising the product's original qualities and features. When placing the bottle under the machine, the fluid is drawn by the vacuum created inside the container itself, without any contact between product and pumps or mechanical members.
FAST AND PRACTICAL ENOLMASTER fills about 600 bottles per hour, in perfect hygienic conditions and with no product spillage. The filling level is adjustable: once selected, the machine automatically fills up the bottle to the desired level. Also, the tank from which the fluid is drawn can be as low as 4m below the level of the ENOLMASTER.
SIMPLE to use and clean: a great advantage especially when bottling oil.
Several accessories are available in order to use ENOLMASTER also for filling mignon or out-of-standard bottles.
Should the filling machine be employed for filling products with more than 20% alcohol content the pyrex recovery vessel is recommended (as well as the Tandem Professional pyrex filter-holder)

Air-operated volumetric fillers manufactured with food grade materials. These machines are very light and easy to be moved and are available in different models.
The product can be drawn from a container placed below the machine or from a storage tank without external pumps. These fillers are suitable for filling liquid and semi-dense products in every kind of container and are excellent for filling tin cans with edible oil.
The filling volume can be easily selected within a 200 to 5.000 ml range.
With its specially designed distribution nozzle and capping system, this vertical filler is easy to use and to fill "bag-in-box" containers with food and no-food, low and medium viscosity products. No extra pump is required. Once filled-up and closed, the bag-in-box container is easily removed through the roller-conveyor.

The Hydropress is ideally suited for pressing a number of fruit types, such as grapes, apples, pears, kiwi, etc.
The fruit (pip fruit need to be milled first) is emptied into the hydro press. When full, the lid is fitted. Attach a water source (domestic hose or other pressurised water supply) to the press and the internal bladder will inflate and press out the juice.
When completed, empty the press and start again.
Made with genuine oak staves, these robust basket presses are ideal for the hobby enthusiast or wineries needing to press out small batches.
In standard configuration, the bottoms parts are cast and then painted. The spindle in the middle is also painted steel.
